Equip the Saints
OTFM will equip the saints for the work of the ministry through the teaching and preaching of the Word of God.

OTFM will use all of our GOD given resources and talents to build, encourage and strengthen the entire body of Christ

Mature in our Faith and Knowledge of Jesus
OTFM will continually challenge believers to grow in their faith and knowledge of God. As we mature in our faith, we will press toward the mark of our prize of the High Calling of God in Christ Jesus.
